We carefully evaluate each case and each client's situation to determine the best visa options available. This involves considering both short and long-term goals and plans, both of the individual and of the employer, and if applicable, the desires of the accompanying family as well. In this way we tailor our immigration solutions to each client’s unique situation and preferences.

FAMILY VISAS & IMMIGRATION

LEARN MORE:

We provide comprehensive immigration services for families including: F1, F2A, F2B, F3, F4 family-based immigrant visa preference categories, family-based adjustment of status; advice and counsel on consular processing and travel, representation at USCIS interviews, preparation of K-1 visas for fiancés wishing to enter the U.S. to marry a U.S. citizen, and preparation of K-3 visas for spouses married to a U.S. citizen but who are outside of the U.S.

NATURALIZATION & CITIZENSHIP

LEARN MORE:

Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national. There are several ways this can be accomplished. Most commonly, once a person has held permanent residency for at least 5 years and meets all other eligibility requirements, he may naturalize. If the person is married to a U.S. citizen, then he may naturalize after 3 years or more of permanent residency. Having served in the U.S. armed forces provides additional routes to naturalization.

the International Entrepreneur Parole Program is back

Under the International Entrepreneur Rule (IER), DHS may use its parole authority to grant a period of authorized stay, on a case-by-case basis, to foreign entrepreneurs who demonstrate that their stay in the United States would provide a significant public benefit through their business venture and that they merit a favorable exercise of discretion.

Under this final rule, entrepreneurs granted parole will be eligible to work only for their start-up business. The spouses and children of the foreign entrepreneur may also be eligible for parole. While spouses may apply for work authorization once present in the United States as parolees, the children are not eligible to work. IER parole may be granted for up to three entrepreneurs per start-up entity.
